Coco Bar’s home infused rum. Long Beach, Phu Quoc Island, Vietnam. We ordered the passion fruit flavor which they do an amazing job of extracting. The integrity of the fruit was kept intact and drunk straight it’s perfect in comparison to a too sweet fruity cocktail. It has this Ecuadorian Canalaso thing going, passion fruit base, heady nip of young white rum with notes of nutmeg, cloves and cinnamon.
Resilency: 6/10 While incredibly drinkable one is probably enough.
Affordability: 8/10 2$ US for a small cup of pretty much straight rum, not bad.
Cannabis Pairability: 9/10 Whose got the tropical fruit strains!?! Seriously, where are they.
