Good Life Red Kombucha, Pai Thailand.
Yeah!!!! Finally SE Asia has the glorious living mushroom drink I’ve been missing ever since leaving my Oregon hippy la-la land. And of course it’s in Pai, quintessential hippy la-la land.
Though not the best Kombucha I’ve ever had my belly is still very happy about it. It has a good sweetness and notes of cinnamon, just like every self respecting treat should.
Resiliency: 7/10 Really very light so therefore hella resilient.
Affordability: 6/10 It’s still cheaper than back home.
Cannabis Pairability: 8/10 Pai people (Pai-ites?) have a long pairing tradition. Try with one of the local landrace strains that features notes of allspice, cinnamon, pepper and tobacco.
