Bangkok’s Outlaw Microbrewers Pt. 1: Silom Brewing’s Bad Bear IPA

Bangkok’s Outlaw Microbrewers Pt. 1: Silom Brewing’s Bad Bear IPA.Thai Craft Microbrew.

Craft brewing in Thailand is an Outlaw activity and that’s not the only way this brew pushes the boundaries. Like the boldly hopped counterparts of the Pacific NW, the Bad Bear IPA has a strong bitter profile that ends juicy and dynamic. It’s something like biting through an orange peel, a delicious orange peel, the most succulent of all the peels. It’s potent, piney on the nose and a hop lovers dream. The crowning touch is the small bit of added honey which boosts the alcohol content while leaving a prefect amount of residual earthy sweetness.
