Sithar Coffee. Pure Burmese Arabica.

Sithar Coffee from Yangon. Pure Arabica grown in Pwin-Oo-Lwin, Shan State, Myanmar.
Rich aroma, with high acidity and a bright burst on the tip of the tongue. Notes of dark chocolate and grapefruit with a long dynamic finish. Very full and complex, but, well… just look at this foam in Fern’s “cappuccino”.
Beans grown at 3,500ft. Tasted as an Americano at The French Touch in Nyaung Shwe. A tranquil tourist oasis with heavy handed pictures on the walls and an embarrassingly nice atmosphere.
Resiliency: 7/10 Delicious with a zippy acidity.

Affordability: 4/10 You’re mostly paying for the pictures on the wall.

Cannabis Pairability: 8/10 Grapefuit!

Dopeness: 6.5/10. #coffee
