Wow it’s intense. When they say dry they mean it. It’s dry as Myanmar’s seasonal arid plateau in a drought. It’s dust on the strawberry leaves dry and strawberry is a flavor it hints at. There’s a chalky tannic structure and a subtle juicy sour finish. It’s really quite complex, and a fruit wine! Starts out tart cherry with a sweetness as the piney structure spreads from the tip of the tongue back stealing the moisture before re-injecting it in the sour finish.
13%, organically grown from PMTK Orchard, Pan Min Thakhin Manufacturing Co. Pyin Oo Lwin, Myanmar.
Resiliency: 6/10 After a bit of air it mellows out. The tannins smooth and the flavor rounds, like a nice plumy Malbec.

Affordability: 7/10 Most premium fruit wine option here at 7000 kyats(~6$).

Cannabis Pairability: 5/10 it’s already so dry it’s giving me cotton mouth an therefore begs for a juicy delectable strain like Grandaddy Purple.

Dopeness: 6/10. #wine
